FAQ

  • What Even Is Coaching?

Life coaching is a partnership between a coach and a client that moves the client forward to become the best version of herself through the application of motivation, accountability, planning, troubleshooting and support. Coaching reveals the beliefs, behavioral patterns, and default reactions you have that are holding you back from finding the love of your life. This is profound and life-changing work, and rest assured you are in a safe, judgment-free, diagnosis-free zone with a caring coach who will walk the path with you. Just like athletes, executives, and performers hire coaches to get them to the time of their game, anyone with a problem that she cannot fix on her own can hire a life coach to get on top of her life.

  • How Is Coaching Different Than Therapy?

Life coaching is an empowering and active process, and our relationship as coach and client is intentionally designed to be temporary. The program is designed so you feel confident about moving forward towards your goals equipped with a new lens to view your choices and behaviors. Life coaching is about helping you understand how you can get back into alignment with your core, authentic essence/self. However, if you are currently working with a therapist and are finding value in those sessions, by all means, continue! The two practices do not need to be mutually exclusive. We all need help sometimes; life isn't meant to be done in isolation.

  • How Do I Know If Coaching Is Right For Me?

Are you over the trial-and-error approach to finding lasting love? Just because there are a lot of "free" resources out there (thank you, Google) about self-development, dating, relationships, and love, that doesn't mean you will get to the root of your issues on your own. Or perhaps you've been working really hard, reading every book, doing positive affirmations and journaling, and still you are not attracting the relationship you’re dreaming about. If this piecemeal approach isn't working for you and you're sick of wasting time waiting for your significant other to appear in your life, then can consider a coach. You need a strategic, thoughtful, comprehensive approach to this area of your life that you are ready to get a handle on, as well as an objective, outside support system.

  • Why Is There An Intake Call Required Before I Can Sign Up For The Level 2 & 3 Programs?

It's important to ascertain your level of commitment to yourself, and to assess if we will be a good fit for each other. We are going to be putting your beliefs, choices, and behaviors under the microscope and digging deep into how/when these patterns started for you, so it's important you are prepared to show up and do the work. There is a sacred energetic exchange in a coaching relationship. As such, you will not be able to sign up for the Level 2 (Arise) or Level 3 (Alchemize) programs without doing the assessment beforehand because we are going to be spending a lot of intimate time together.
